Today was hard, maybe the single hardest day of this tour. I feel like I am dragging anchor. I am out of the swing circle.
I'm not sure I will make it out of this one so well. This is going to be a long few months.

Not sure what's going on, but I will be praying for you. Just before I went to sea in January, my pastor gave me an awesome daily devotional titled "Jesus Calling" by Sarah Young. I was having a particularly bad day out at sea when I read the Feb 11th entry, and it lifted my spirits. I'll share it with you here:

Would love to know how to get in touch with you. I've been following your blog for months now and have been inspired so often by your heart for a closeness with Christ in the midst of your SWO career. I thank God for you, even though I've never met you (at least I don't think I have). Hopefully our paths will cross at some point. Always thankful for meetings with brothers at sea.
